By accessing or using Gigifier ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of the service
Gigifier provides tools for artists to create and share Electronic Press Kits (EPKs), and to see aggregated insights about how their EPK is used (e.g. views, section engagement, link clicks). We collect minimal information from artists at signup so you can focus on your artist persona. EPK analytics are limited to actions only; we do not collect or store personal data about who opens your EPK.
Your use of the service
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it (e.g. spam, harassment, or illegal content). You are responsible for the content you upload to your EPK and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Privacy and data
Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you acknowledge that processing is carried out in accordance with that policy and applicable law, including the GDPR where it applies.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a licence to use it as necessary to operate and provide the Service (e.g. hosting and displaying your EPK).
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
